If you want to change your game account or you don’t enter the guid at the registration process,

your code will be manually send to the admin team to check the guid and enter it in the profile manually. This will take some time, please be a little bit patient.

We are sorry for this complicated process, but our main goal is fair play and a better experience for you guys. Therefore it’s necessary to archive every guid and have control about the changing process. Thank you for your understanding.

Instruction:
  1. Join a empty server with activated Punkbuster (you can see the pb icon in server browser)
  2. Open the console (^)
  3. type in /pb_myguid
       & write down the key
